Earthscope is a popular PC-based seismograph. This low-cost device is perfect for seismic applications where precise timing is not required. The device is used in schools and homes throughout the world. It is able to detect a magnitude 4.3 at a distance of 250 miles, so now you can record and display those local earthquakes you see on the news! |
