Continued from Page 1 Foreshocks and aftershocks, continued Aftershocks have been rather sparse, producing only a few M 1.0s in the subsequent hours. The internet virus that plagued the Southern California Seismic Network may have contributed to the date recording of the aftershock sequence. Felt Reports Scant data suggests the earthquake was felt from Porterville in the north to Frasier Park in the south. Most of the reports came in from Tehachapi where people reported low rumbles of the ground that were accompained with sharp vibrations. Windows shook, pictures on walls rattled, and dishware in cabnets chimed in with tinckling sounds. A few people reported light items, like bedside pictures and cardboard cerial boxes, toppled to the floor. There were no reports of car alarms going off.
