EVENT CANCELATION
November 3, 2002 An earthquake measuring M 4.7 was reported by the Northern California Seismic Network (NCSN) this afternoon at 2:32 p.m. PDT (22:32 GMT), November 3, in the northern Coast Range at The Geysers. After further review, this was a non-event and has been cancelled. It is likely that the teleseisms from the powerful Central Alaska M 7.9 earthquake may have caused the automatic processors kicking in as the waves passed through the region.
